Question 1

What kind of photo works best for Baile Charme AI?

Accepted Answer

A clear, well-lit photo with one person facing the camera, preferably a waist-up shot. The face must be sharp and without sunglasses, heavy filters, or other people in the frame. The shorter side of the image should be at least 512 pixels.

Question 2

Can I use my grandpa's old printed photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as he has agreed to it. Scan the printed photo sharply, ensure his face is clear and facing the camera, and the shorter side is at least 512 pixels. Old photos work well if they meet these requirements.

Question 3

How long does it take to generate a video?

Accepted Answer

Videos are usually ready in under 10 minutes. Keep the page open to watch it arrive; if you leave, the process continues and your video will be waiting in the 'My videos' section.

Question 4

What if my video fails to generate?

Accepted Answer

Your video will be retried once for free. If it still fails, the credit is automatically returned to your account balance, and you can try again with the same photo or a clearer one.

Question 5

Is Baile Charme AI free to use?

Accepted Answer

No. Every video requires real computing time, so there are no free videos. One video costs $8.90, and a pack of three costs $14.90, which is a one-time payment with no subscription.
