AIXList provides online AI tools that help users animate photos, create image-to-video outputs, and enhance visual memories. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service use
You may use AIXList only for lawful purposes and only with images, audio, and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant AIXList a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated outputs may vary based on input quality, prompts, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use AIXList to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, or sexually explicit material involving minors, or to impersonate real people in a harmful way. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy for AI Content Generation
By using AIXList's AI generation features (including but not limited to image-to-video, image animation, and any other content generation tools), you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. You may only generate content that is lawful and that you have the right to create. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  a. NSFW and sexually explicit content: You may not use the service to generate, create, or distribute nudity, pornography, sexually explicit imagery, erotic content, or any content depicting sexual acts or sexual anatomy, whether real or AI-generated.

  b. Illegal content: Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law, including content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.

  c. Harmful or dangerous content: Content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, or other dangerous activities.

  d. Hate speech and harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or demean individuals.

  e. Child exploitation: Any content that exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors in any way, including AI-generated depictions.

  f. Non-consensual intimate content: Content that depicts real individuals in intimate, nude, or sexually suggestive situations without their explicit consent, including deepfakes or AI-generated likenesses.

  g. Misinformation and deception: Content designed to spread false information, impersonate real individuals for fraudulent purposes, or deceive others in ways that could cause harm.

  h. Intellectual property violations: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of generated content, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any content violates this policy.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploaded files or outputs unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIXList and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
