Question 1

How does Everest schedule meetings?

Accepted Answer

You simply CC Everest's AI assistant email on any email thread. Everest will propose available times based on your connected calendars, negotiate with the other party over email, and book the meeting on the right calendar once a time is confirmed.

Question 2

Does Everest have access to my inbox?

Accepted Answer

No. Everest only connects to your calendars, never your inbox. It can only read email threads that you explicitly CC it into, and it only sends short scheduling messages.

Question 3

Which calendar services does Everest support?

Accepted Answer

Everest supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendars. You can connect multiple accounts from both services and manage them in a single unified view.

Question 4

How does Everest prevent double-booking?

Accepted Answer

Everest reads free/busy information across all your connected calendars and mirrors commitments as private 'busy' blocks on the other calendars. This ensures that when you book a meeting on one calendar, the time is blocked on all others.

Question 5

Is Everest free to use?

Accepted Answer

Everest is free to start and requires no credit card. There may be premium plans with additional features for heavy users, but basic scheduling and calendar sync are available for free.
